Once upon a time there was a thirty-something woman who wanted to lose weight (that's me). She was too lazy to get off her butt or change her lifestyle. So she tried just about every diet fad there is but didn't get the result she wanted.

No amount of dieting, no pills are going to help you lose fat if you don't workout regularly. Been there, done it. Dieting and pills don't work.
